How to play Side Bed City?

After coming back to card games in last week’s blog with Free Bet Black Jack, we present Side Bet City today.

Introduction Side Bet City

Jump back to the eighties and join the unique fun in our Las Vegas-themed poker room. On one level, this is the easiest possible introduction to poker for new players. Equally, this is also huge fun for experienced poker players — not least because there are big payouts on offer of up to 1000 to 1. So take your seat and choose Live Casino777.ch.

Side Bet City is a poker variant in which you simply bet on a win for a 3-Card Hand, a 5-Card Hand or a 7-Card Hand. Alternatively, you can bet on ‘ All Lose’. Or you can also bet on any combination of these bets.
It’s fast and fun, and there are no decisions required by the player after they have placed their initial bets. If a bet wins, a winning message appears on-screen. It’s that simple!

An unlimited number of players play simultaneously, playing against a pay table, not the dealer. The dealer deals seven cards in all from one deck, with the winning card combinations being based on all the usual poker hands.

Gameplay

• The game is played with a single 52-card deck.
• The cards are reshuffled after each round. After the time of betting is closed, the dealer deals 7 cards.
• All hands are scored according to conventional poker rules, which were explained in former Blogs of Casino777.ch.

THE 3-CARD HAND SIDE BET

Once all bets are in, the dealer deals three cards face-up, revealing the result for the 3-Card Hand.
The fact that the hand consists of only three cards means that different card combinations apply than in the hands of other poker games.

Payouts

  • Royal Flush: suited Ace, King and Queen. 100:1
  • Straight Flush: a hand that contains three cards in sequence, all of the same suit, for example: Queen, Jack,Ten all Spades. 40:1
  • Flush: three cards all of the same suit 4:1
  • Straight: three cards of sequential rank in at least two different suits 5:1
  • Three of a Kind: three cards of the same rank 35:1
  • Pair: two cards of one rank 1:1

THE 5-CARD HAND SIDE BET

The outcome of bets on the 5 Card Hand shall be determined by the poker value of the first five cards dealt.

Payouts

  • Royal Flush 1000:1
  • Straight Flush 250:1
  • Four of a Kind 100:1
  • Full House 50:1
  • Flush 40:1
  • Straight 25:1
  • Three of a Kind 7:1
  • Pair (only J,J; Q,Q; K,K and AA) 1:1

THE 7-CARD HAND SIDE BET

The outcome of bets on the 7 Card Hand shall be determined by the poker value of all seven cards dealt. Only the best five cards count for the hand

  • Royal Flush: 500:1
  • Straight Flush: 100:1
  • Four of a Kind: 50:1
  • Full House: 7:1
  • Flush: 5:1
  • Straight: 4:1
  • Three of a Kind: 3:1
  • Pairs are not paid

All Lose

The “All Lose” bet shall win and pay 0.7 to one if all three hands lose.

Placing The Bets

When the traffic light above the betting fields is green, you can place your bets. (Within the range of the valid limit) The yellow light indicates that the betting time is running out and when the light turns red, ( Wait for Next Game) you can no longer place your bets. There are four betting areas – 3 Card Hand (blue), 5 Card Hand (green), 7 Card Hand (yellow) and All LOSE (red) – where you can choose from chips of different values. Once you have selected a chip, you can wager it simply by clicking on the desired betting area. Each additional click will increase your bet by the value of the chip. Once you have found your “favourite bet”, you can click on RECOVERY and simply play the same bet again. If you have a very good feeling, you can double your bet from the previous round by clicking DOUBLE.

Game in progress

While the cards are being dealt the information appears: “ Dealing “in the traffic light on.
The cards drawn are displayed next to the betting area. A distance between the hands you can bet on, i.e. after three and five cards, makes it easier to recognize winning combinations. In addition, each win is indicated by an acoustic signal and above the winning hand the winning combination and the payout light up. For example, you have bet on the 3 card hand and the first three cards are face up: Four of diamonds, king of diamonds and eight of diamonds. After the fanfare, the cards are displayed in blue: Flush 4-1.

Above the board you can view the winnings in compact form on the screen by clicking on “Payouts”. A field with the winning hands pops up. The card combinations are shown on the left, next to them the payouts in the colours of the betting fields. After the game is over, the winnings you have made will flash brightly.

Conclusion

If you are new to Poker, Side Bet City might be a perfect fit for you. It is a fast-paced game which doesn’t require any skills. What’s more, it looks amazing with an 80s-themed setting and engaged dealers. On the other hand, experienced players like that they can get up to 1000 payout.
